Summary
Hypertrophy Tracker (this website) is a browser-based program builder. The programs you create are stored in your browser using local storage. We do not require an account, show ads, or run third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
What is stored, and where
- Your program — name, split, schedule, exercises, progression settings, and weeks are saved in your browser's local storage on the device you use. This data never leaves your device unless you export a CSV file yourself.
- Theme preference — whether you chose light or dark mode.
Clearing your browser data for this site removes everything stored locally.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email, and message you type are sent to the developer so we can reply. This is used only to respond to your message and is not sold or shared with advertisers. If you never submit the form, no personal information is sent.
CSV files you export
Exported CSV files are saved to storage you control (your downloads). What you do with those files afterward is up to you.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking SDKs. Basic, privacy-respecting traffic counts may be provided by our hosting platform (Cloudflare) in aggregate form, without building profiles of individual visitors.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13.
